Kostaras Nikos

Nikos joined QuintilesIMS (ex. IMS Heath) in 2009 as Head of Sales and Marketing to help build the new sales team and strengthen the client-centric approach of the commercial team.

In 2014, he assumed the role of the General Manager and continues to lead the company until today, under its new name of QuintilesIMS.

His working experience covers multinational companies in various sectors such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financials and service companies. Since 1994 he holds neuralgic commercial positions of increasing responsibility in global organizations both in Greece and in Italy, mainly in companies like Mars, Procter & Gamble and Novartis OTC. His experience comes from both Marketing and Sales since he held the positions of Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical and consumer industry, with a history of successful and award-winning launches. The main areas of his specialization are related to strategy, business development, commercial effectiveness, technology consulting, FMCG, planning, product management and sales reorganization, among others.

Nikos is a graduate of the University of Piraeus and holds an MBA from ALBA. His native language is Greek and he is fluent in English and Italian.
