Chailazopoulou Elena

Elena heads eRetail Audit, an innovative service developed by Convert Group that measures market shares in eCommerce and connects marketing effort (online & offline) to the actual online transaction. Since Convert Group’s establishment, Elena worked as an eBusiness Consultant in over 50 projects regarding strategy development for small, medium and large companies operating online. Before that, she worked as a partner at ELTRUN’s eConsulting business unit for 1,5 years. Elena graduated from the Department of Management Science and Technology of Athens University of Economics an Business with a major in ‘E-Commerce and Innovation’ whereas in 2016 graduated from the mini MBA for retail innovation of OPA and ECR Hellas. Elena is also certifified by OMCP® and participates as a speaker at various seminars for eCommerce and eMail Marketing.
